Configuration and maintenance of fully automatic centrifuge

An automatic centrifuge is generally composed of a centrifuge host, an automatic feeding valve, an automatic washing valve, a hydraulic station, and a PLC frequency conversion cabinet.

Need to pay attention to when choosing a fully automatic centrifuge for material separation:

1. Ensure that the pipeline from the reactor to the centrifuge is unblocked. Because the automatic centrifuge works intermittently, when the feeding is stopped, the feeding valve of the automatic centrifuge will automatically close to stop feeding, so if the material is easy to precipitate, you need to consider the bottom and the automatic feeding valve at the bottom of the kettle. Add back blowing or other measures to solve the pipeline blockage caused by material precipitation and affect the next batch of work.

2. The foundation needs to be raised when installing the fully automatic centrifuge. The foundation can be a steel frame structure or a concrete structure. If a concrete structure is adopted, it is recommended to embed iron plates in the four positions of the centrifuge shock absorber to facilitate the welding of the shock absorber and the embedded iron plate when the centrifuge is installed; also consider using anchor bolts to connect the fully automatic centrifuge.

3. The discharge of the fully automatic centrifuge can be in tonnage bags or containers, or directly connected to the drying equipment with pipelines to directly enter the drying process. If a production line uses a large number of fully automatic centrifuges, you can consider using a conveyor belt to feed the materials for centralized loading.

Automatic centrifuge maintenance:

1. Perform daily maintenance according to the manual of the fully automatic centrifuge;

2. It is recommended to refuel the bearings every 3 months, and check the electrical components and motors of the fully automatic centrifuge daily;

3. Visually inspect the drum every week.
